The service

1st1k lists links to websites, apps and other projects. A listing stays on the main list until it has received 1000 human clicks, then it "graduates" to the Graduates page. The listing fee is €10 per listing.

What "1000 clicks" means

• We count clicks from visitors our systems identify as human. Clicks we identify as automated are recorded separately and not counted.
• The same visitor counts once per listing, and a visitor can only add to a limited number of different listings per day.
• Our detection is automatic and not perfect. We do not guarantee the number or quality of visitors, sales or sign-ups your listing receives, or how fast it reaches 1000.
• Position on the list depends on counted clicks and can change at any time.

Your account and listings

• You log in with Google or email and password through Firebase. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• You may only list sites you own or are allowed to promote. A listing is limited to a small number of active links per account.
• The title, description and the image and favicon taken from your site must follow the rules below.

Not allowed

Illegal content, malware or phishing, scams, content that is hateful, sexually explicit or promotes violence, and content that infringes someone's rights. Do not try to inflate your click count by automated or paid fake traffic. We may hide or delete any listing, and we may close accounts, that break these rules or that we reasonably consider harmful. Visitors can report listings.

Fees and refunds

The listing fee is paid once per listing. If we remove a listing for a reason other than breaking these terms, we refund the fee. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

Liability

1st1k links to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the listing concerned.

Changes and law
